When you think of food and comfort the first thing that comes to a lot of people’s minds is butter or mac and cheese. Something that sticks to the ribs and makes you feel awful in ten minutes but your heart light and happy. And those meals can be incredible every once in a while, however, I believe you can feed the soul while nourishing the body. There are ways to relish food and all the flavors we are privileged to have available to us without sacrificing our long term health.

This website is the website I wish I found when I first started changing my mindset around food and started valuing healthy filling foods that gave me the energy to live my life with confidence and my ever-present flare (insert sarcastic voice).
